Deep-Dive Discovery
During a 1 hour intake call, we’ll take a deep dive into every aspect of your body and mind. We’ll discuss your medical history, the way you eat, your activity level, your mental health and any other stressors or concerns you may be experiencing.

Lab Work Analysis
Lab work helps us get a bigger picture of what is going on inside your body and is a great baseline to monitor the improvement of your health. I work with recent lab work you may have done or order new labs (paid out of pocket) directly or through the assistance of your primary care physician.

You’ll be given a personalized nutrition plan as a tool to heal your gut and begin the process to overall health based on your personal biology.

I worked with Sammie for ~4 years and in that time frame I went from burnt out, stressed -- and let's be honest -- chubby..to balanced, healthy and fit! What IS INCLUDED with my personal protocol?
Your personal protocol uses a holistic and functional medicine approach. In your protocol, you’ll receive a detailed and tailored nutrition plan as well as tools that specifically benefit you – such as movement plans, self-care practices and stress management techniques. Additional herbal and supplemental integrations that may be beneficial to you will be recommended as well.
What is functional medicine?
Functional medicine looks at the body as a whole but focuses on finding and healing the root cause of your symptoms instead of just treating them.
What does holistic mean?
Holistic medicine uses a comprehensive, full body approach to prompt overall wellness and health. We look at your biological state, emotional, and mental state, as well as environmental factors when assessing your health.
How long WILL it take to get my personal protocol?
One week following your deep-dive and any labwork results.
Are there any requirements to start working with Sammie?
Nope, just a willingness to follow your personalized protocol.
Do you ACCEPT insurance?
Unfortunately, no. However, I do my best to keep the program and any recommended integrations affordable based on your individual needs.
Do I have to get my bloodwork done in order to get my personal protocol?
No, but it’s highly recommended so I can see a fuller picture of what’s going on in your body. After our initial consultation, I will have recommendations for which labs would benefit you most.
Do I have to incorporate herbal supplements?
Maybe. Each person’s nutritional needs are different and that’s why bio-individuality is so important. I prioritize food first but some individuals may need supplemental support as well.
Are the costS of labs and supplements included in the initial fee?
No, but I do my best to provide affordable options for each person I work with while staying attentive to my client's needs.
When will I start to feel a difference in my health?
Each person is different, some individuals require more time to align their bodies and begin healing than others.
Will I lose weight?
While everybody is different, many people do experience weight loss while implementing the nutrition and holistic lifestyle changes recommended. If weight loss is a personal goal for you, that will be taken into account when creating your personal protocol.
Will I have direct access to Sammie?
Yes, I’m always here for questions and you can add additional coaching sessions with me if you’d like more in depth check-ins as you work through your personal protocol.
Do I have to cook all my meals or can I use a meal prep company/personal chef?
If cooking your own meals seems challenging, I can provide recipes in your personal protocol that are super simple. If you already use a personal chef, I can work with them directly or help you find the best meal prep options in your area.
